Scaling Farmer Field & Business Schools in Coffee-Growing Communities
This programme operated in Kyenjojo and Rubirizi between January 2024 and August 2025 and focused particularly on women farmers, financial inclusion, productive resources, markets and leadership.
Its report records 4,008 women and 1,073 men organised into 53 Producer Marketing Groups, alongside extensive savings and financing activities.

The project worked with smallholder women farmers and their households to strengthen agricultural productivity, sustainable livelihoods, financial inclusion and access to markets.
Women farmers were organised into Producer Marketing Groups and connected to savings structures, financial institutions, government programmes and community-based support systems.
